Season Finale. After a catastrophic bridge collapse sends dozens of victims to Grey Sloan, the hospital activates its full disaster response as they race to treat a surge of critically injured patients, including one of their own.

What really keeps us coming back after two decades is how the show continues to reinvent itself without losing its heart. This season, the musical score does a lot of the heavy lifting, especially during the "medical mysteries of the week" and those messy romantic entanglements we all love. You can expect to hear some beautiful tunes during the fallout of the Season 21 breakups and the surprise reconciliations that follow. As the halls of Grey Sloan fill with new faces and old veterans alike, the songs selected for this year prove there are still plenty of stories left to tell.
