Roxy Music

Roxy Music was an influential English art rock band, formed in 1970 by Bryan Ferry (vocals, keyboards) and Brian Eno (synthesizer), known for blending glam rock, avant-garde, and sophisticated pop with a distinctive visual style. Featuring members like Andy Mackay (sax), Phil Manzanera (guitar), and Paul Thompson (drums), they gained fame with their 1972 debut, pioneering glam rock and influencing New Wave, but split in 1983 after evolving towards smoother sounds, with their final album Avalon (1982) being their commercial peak before sporadic reunions.
