Little Simz

Little Simz (Simbiatu Ajikawo), born in 1994 in Islington, London, is a critically acclaimed British rapper, singer, and actor known for her introspective lyrics and independent spirit. Emerging from the North London rap scene, she gained recognition for her genre-bending music, blending rap with jazz, soul, and grime. Following early mixtapes and EPs, her 2019 album Grey Area broke her into the mainstream, while her 2021 masterpiece, Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, won the Mercury Prize and a Brit Award, solidifying her status as a premier artist of her generation.
