Sandra Miju Oh (born July 20, 1971) is a celebrated Canadian-American actress, born in Nepean, Ontario, to Korean immigrant parents. Renowned for her acclaimed roles as Dr. Cristina Yang on Grey's Anatomy and Eve Polastri on Killing Eve, she has broken barriers as an actress of Asian descent. She is a two-time Golden Globe winner and the first Asian woman to win multiple Golden Globes. Educated at the National Theatre School of Canada, her career spans over three decades, including roles in Sideways and Turning Red.
