Sarah Margaret Qualley, born October 23, 1994, in Kalispell, Montana, is an acclaimed American actress, dancer, and model. The daughter of actress Andie MacDowell and former model Paul Qualley, she initially trained as a classical ballerina with the American Ballet Theatre before shifting her focus to acting at age 16. She made her screen debut in the 2013 drama Palo Alto and gained early recognition starring as Jill Garvey in the HBO series The Leftovers from 2014 to 2017. Qualley's career quickly escalated with a standout role as a Manson family member in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019), which was followed by critical acclaim and Emmy Award nominations for her performances in the FX miniseries Fosse/Verdon (2019) and the lead role in Netflix's Maid (2021).
