
Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Anne Garner (born April 17, 1972) is an American actress, producer, and entrepreneur whose rise to fame began with her award-winning role as CIA agent Sydney Bristow in the action-thriller series Alias (2001–2006). Born in Houston, Texas, and raised in West Virginia, she initially studied chemistry before switching her focus to theater at Denison University. After moving to New York City and later Los Angeles, she transitioned from television to film stardom with lead roles in the beloved romantic comedy 13 Going on 30 (2004) and as the Marvel character Elektra in Daredevil (2003) and its standalone spin-off (2005). Garner further solidified her reputation with versatile performances in acclaimed films like Juno (2007) and Dallas Buyers Club (2013), as well as more recent projects such as The Adam Project (2022) and the Apple TV+ series The Last Thing He Told Me (2023).
